Joanna Wu

Joanna discovered the transformative power of passion at a young age. Initially uninterested in badminton, she struggled to excel in the sport. But by chance, she found her love for the game, and within two years, she transformed from someone who faced early-round exits to a consistent top-three performer in her cohort.

Joanna has proudly represented Raffles Girls’ Primary School, Raffles Girls’ Secondary School, Raffles Institution, and now the National University of Singapore, showcasing her unwavering dedication to the sport. Her love for badminton continues to grow, driving her to share this passion with others.

With this academy, Joanna aims to inspire and nurture a new generation of badminton stars in Singapore, spreading her love for the sport while building a thriving badminton community.

Our Vision

At our academy, we believe that success comes from a systematic approach. That’s why we structure our coaching programs based on expertise and progression.

The first phase focuses on fostering a genuine love for the sport while mastering the fundamentals. The second phase hones professional skills and advanced techniques. Finally, we create personalized development plans tailored to your aspirations—whether it’s representing your school team or competing on the national stage.

And of course, if your goal is simply to enjoy the sport and have fun, we’d love to help you explore the joy of badminton with our tailored lessons.
